SFTS January 2008 Newsletter
After 10 years with the Attorney General's Office, our close friend and colleague, Craig Pierini, will be leaving the department January 18th for an opportunity to work for the Department of Education, Counseling, Student Support and Service Learning Unit. Craig has served the Attorney General’s Crime and Violence Prevention Center as the Manager of the Child Abuse Prevention Program and the lead staff and “founding father” of the Safe from the Start Initiative. His expertise, sensitivity, and sense of humor will be missed by all of his many, many friends in the department and in the child abuse prevention field. Good Luck, Craig! We will never forget all the wonderful work you’ve done for children and families.
The Safe from the Start “Children and Domestic Violence: Training for Criminal Justice Professionals” has been scheduled in several locations.
