County Contacts -- Activity Tracking Form

The California Attorney General's Safe from the Start (SFTS) Initiative is working hard to serve and support local efforts to reduce children’s exposure to violence. The attached SFTS Activity Tracking Form (Tracking Form for County Contacts.doc) can be used to:

• Determine what activities are taking place locally to provide resources and assistance
• Share statewide the local activities, successes, challenges, policies and procedures so others may learn from them
• Connect local service providers and professionals in nearby cities, counties and agencies to increase communication and decrease duplication of efforts
• Create new publications, videos, posters, brochures, training curricula, etc. to meet the needs of local efforts.
